Active in-field leadership role with excellent $$$Reporting to the Supervisor Load and Haul, the successful applicant will be required:Ensure compliance to daily plans and activities for the Load & Haul teamCommunicate effectively with other department personnel in order to meet production goalsManage the performance of direct reports through the setting of key performance indicators (KPIs), training and development opportunities, succession plans and appropriate performance managementCoordinate and/or operate Load & Haul fleet which consists of predominantly Cat equipment i.e.
