You will work together with diverse disciplines and experts in Remediation, EIA, Air Quality, GIS, Ecology, Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement, throughout Northern Territory and Queensland, and across the globe.

Job Description What will a day in this role look like: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Prepare and review reports, proposals, tender documents, and correspondence. Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development and manage performance. Offer technical expertise and lead business development efforts for project excellence. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. What are we looking for from you? Experience in generalist roles; broader Impact Assessment exposure is highly valued. An interest in leading a team, with the ability to inspire and drive a collaborative team culture. Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects, achieving goals, and ensuring profitability. Experience across diverse market sectors, providing consulting services, and addressing environmental challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry contacts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by appropriate tertiary qualifications.
