We are looking for a full time Team Lead to join our Commonwealth Psychosocial Support team in Dubbo, NSW.
The Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) team builds resilience under the recovery framework for people experiencing severe mental illness. The Team Lead will provide operational leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team.

Provide oversight and supervision of the CPS team to ensure program deliverables are met Supports senior management in implementing and evaluating growth strategies for the program Proactively maintain positive working relationships and engagement with stakeholders Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health or 2 years' experience working with people with complex mental health conditions Experience working in a management or leadership role, ideally within a health delivery setting Experience working in the mental health system and awareness of the recovery model Knowledge of service providers in the local area, and ability to deliver culturally appropriate services Possess key organisational, interpersonal, communication, and computer skills whilst maintaining strict confidentiality.
