One that strengthens the foundations of our organisation byempowering passionate Team Members to become purpose-led Woolworths Group advocates and attracting a new generation of talent to the group.What you'll doWe have a rare opportunity for a People Partner (internally known as Team Experience Partner) to join our state people team, partnering with the Operations Manager for a group of stores across the North region of WA supporting 54 stores approximately 6000 team. This role will present the opportunity to build and implement a people plan that responds to the challenges of today, and ensures our talent capability for the future, in a unique and diverse region of the country. In this role, you will work both independently with your portfolio of stores, and collaboratively across our People and State teams.Focus areas include:Implementing people strategies that identify, attract, develop and retain talent and are aligned to delivering the broader business strategyDeveloping strong partnerships with the leaders across our business, and coaching them to deliver outcomes to our teams, customers and communitiesBuilding leadership capability deep into our talent pipeline, leveraging available programsPartnering with leaders to enhance team and customer engagement, with commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvementProvide actionable insights to leaders on trends in people dataMaximise the effectiveness of the people plan, by tailoring its delivery to the unique needs of your portfolio of storesFurther, as part of our agile structure, you'll take the lead on solutions to some of our most dynamic people challenges. Your influence in this space will be felt nationally for our supermarket's division and group-wide in many instances.What you'll bringWe're looking for a values-driven Team Experience Partner with well developed emotional awareness and leadership capabilities to perform in a complex and fast changing retail environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
