What you'll do

We have 2 exciting Team Experience Partner opportunities available, supporting a large portfolio in the QLD Supermarkets.

The role will partner with the Operations Manager who leads a team of 6 Group Managers. Supporting a zone of 67 stores means there is the potential to have far reaching positive impact on over 8000 team members and a variety of communities across QLD.

This role will see you work both independently with your portfolio of stores, and collaboratively across our People and State teams. Focus areas include:
Implementing people strategies that identify, attract, develop and retain talent, aligned to delivering the broader business strategy
Developing strong partnerships with the leaders across our business, and coaching them to deliver outcomes to our teams, customers and communities
Building leadership capability deep into our talent pipeline, leveraging available programs
Partnering with leaders to enhance engagement, with a commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvement
Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data

What you'll bring

We're looking for a values-driven Team Experience Partner with capabilities to perform in a fast paced and complex retail environment. This role will suit someone with strong HR foundations and excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
You'll be a true People Partner, working closely with your Operations Managers across all areas of the supermarket's business. You'll demonstrate:
Prior experience in a People Partnering role, or deep experience in key elements of our end-to-end team experience
Strong relationship management background
Proven experience in maintaining effectiveness in ambiguous situations
Passion for developing yourself and others
