Job Title Team Executive Manager
Job Description Summary The purpose of the Team Executive Manager role is to assist the Senior Leadership team of the Advisory+ business in winning and delivering services to Cushman & Wakefield's local and global clients – together the "Leadership Team".
The role is responsible for providing administrative support in a highly responsible, timely and confidential manner as well as supporting the timely delivery of accurate and insightful financial information for commercial decision making.
Job Description This exciting role will be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, with an expectation that the successful candidate will work closely with a high-performing team in an office-based capacity.
The position involves assisting the Senior Leadership Team of Cushman & Wakefield's Advisory+ business in securing and delivering services to both local and global clients.
Responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support in a professional, timely, and confidential manner, as well as supporting the preparation and delivery of accurate and insightful financial information to enable informed commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Administration: Manage the diary of the Leadership Team members.Handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests.Book flight and hotel arrangements for interstate and international travel.Manage expenses for the Leadership Team.Schedule and arrange meetings, town halls, and video/teleconference calls.Assist with event management tasks.Support the onboarding process for new team members.Coordinate with internal teams including salesforce and marketing.Finance: Raise Purchase Orders and invoices, and process expenses.Manage the creation of job codes and budget rates.Manage APAC Time Tracker and provide insights on team performance.Liaise with Finance to update and maintain Invoice Request forms.Support the Leadership team with financial data and analysis.Manage WIP balances, timesheet inputs, and forecasts.Debtor management and follow-up.Provide bid support for new business.Manage Sharepoint and PropertyOne/pipeline information.General: Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture.Comply with health and safety obligations.Operate in a manner that minimizes adverse environmental impacts.Understand and promote Cushman & Wakefield's full-service offer to clients.Key Skills & Capabilities: Demonstrated financial acumen.Experience in producing financial reporting, analysis, and insights.High attention to detail and quality of work.Ability to work independently and proactively.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Diplomacy and discretion in managing sensitive information.Qualifications and Experience: Experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders.Strong administration and financial background.Tertiary qualification in finance/accounting or relevant field is highly desirable.Experience with PropertyOne, Salesforce, Converga, and JE Edwards systems preferred.Experience with finance systems like Hyperion HFM, ESSBASE, JD Edwards & Workday is advantageous but not essential.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
