Location: ParramattaType: 12 Month ContractThe opportunity Due to an internal movement within QBE, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator to join our Treasury Managed Funds (TMF) Team.
Reporting into the Head of TMF, your primary focus in the role will see you providing administrative support across the team and working closely with the leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include: Attend and actively contribute to meetings with internal and external stakeholdersTriage and action IT related requestsPrepare meeting agendas, presentations and take minutesDiary managementPrepare reports and provide executive summariesManage multiple inboxesManage and process financial accounts and bankingProcessing travel and accommodation bookingsMail managementYour story so far Previous experience within administration support and/or personal assistant roles along with excellent organisational and multi-tasking skillsAble to handle business sensitive information with the utmost confidentialityExperience in workers compensation highly regarded but not essentialHighly developed attention to detail, initiative with strong planning and time management skillsStrong IT literacy with a particular emphasis on being advanced in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointYou are self-motivated, proactive and a confident communicatorAbout QBE We can never really predict what's around the corner, but at QBE we're asking the right questions to enable a more resilient future – helping those around us build strength and embrace change to their advantage.
