Your New Role As the Team Coordinator Strategy & Corporate Affairs, you will support the SCA Senior Leadership Team to deliver high quality work in the interests of AustralianSuper members, by providing administrative and coordination support.
Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Group Executive, you will ensure significant, and Group wide administrative matters are managed effectively and help to facilitate the smooth running of the large team.
Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders within SCA (direct reports to Group Executive), including diary management, maintaining office filing systems, organisation of meetings including ensuring agendas and papers are circulated and actions captured.Support financial management in the best financial interests of members through invoice processing, raising purchase orders and assisting with credit card management for Senior Leaders, including monthly reconciliation.Assist with collating presentations and reports for the Group.Work with Internal Communications to ensure the SCA Department's Intranet pages and SharePoint pages are up to date, including in particular org charts.Ensure working relationships, both internal and external, are built and maintained in a positive and cooperative manner, to ensure the ongoing enhancement and promotion of a cohesive environment through which workflow efficiency and sharing of information/knowledge is maximized.Contribute to the strength of the team by sharing information, working collaboratively, transferring skills and being supportive and flexible.Support the Group to operate and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures.Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement.What You'll Need 5 years' experience in a team coordinator or personal assistant role showing efficiency in the use of relevant computer applications.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to manage a senior executive's office and administrative staff, co-ordinate tasks, set priorities and operate independently.Proficient in the use of MS Teams.Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated initiative to remove obstacles.Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships with peers, with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting timelines.Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
