Quack Values Trust Reliability Superior Customer Service About the Role We require an experienced Team Coordinator (Operations Support) Full Time (or Part time for the right candidate) who has attention to detail & is customer focused. You will work closely with the Team Leader & technicians to ensure a seamless client experience.
Your duties will include the below:
Scheduling work orders through ServiceM8 while being responsible for the technicians' schedules & workflow. Sales/customer service via phone, email & in person. Maintaining all tasks through our scheduling system ServiceM8, our Reminder system Monday & maintaining efficiency reporting through Wink. Fleet maintenance – arranging & managing fleet servicing/repairs as required. Stock ordering. Assist the director on ad hoc duties as they arise. What we offer A family friendly team environment.
