Your new opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Coordinator to join us in our office in North Sydney.
This full-time role will see you providing support to the team, including correspondence, answering queries, and liaising with clients as well as some general administrative tasks to help keep our office running.
This role will work closely with our broader administration team who work across our offices in Newcastle and Brisbane, and comes with an opportunity to grow into a Personal / Executive Assistant role.
Key responsibilities: Provide administration support to the teamMaintain client information and ensuring accuracy in our databasesLiaise with clients to schedule meetings, confirm details and answer queriesSupport the team for induction, onboarding and offboardingAssist with the preparation of documentation for clientsMaintain office environment and facilitiesLiaising with the wider support team across our officesProvide direct support to the Partner for calendar and inbox managementTo be successful in this role you will need: Experience working in a similar role (Team Administrator / Assistant, etc.)Excellent communication and organisational skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and ExcelExperience in an Accounting firm is advantageous but not essentialIf you feel you are suited to this position, please submit a brief cover letter addressing how you meet the criteria along with a resume detailing your experience.
