We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join a key client of ours as a Team Coordinator in the Commercial Property department. As the Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and the wider team.
Located in the Western suburbs, this full-time permanent position is a great opportunity for a switched-on and diligent worker to join a dynamic and growing team in an exciting workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive and confidential support to the GM and Property Team.Manage diaries, meeting schedules, and attendance at meetings.Act on enquiries and messages in a timely manner.Manage expenses, travel itineraries, and business accommodation.Assist with budget management and monthly reports.Manage the processing and execution of legal and contractual documentation.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Assist with event management, marketing, and other duties as required.Assist the GM with the development of the annual departmental business plan initiatives.Assist with updating and managing the Property Management system.Assist with bank receipting, debtor management, and registration and audits of bank guarantee and insurance.Manage financial accruals, sales reporting, and invoicing. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial property industry.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Ability to show initiative and be proactive within the workplace.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
