As the Team Coordinator you will plan and take a lead role in coordinating onsite work activities enabling teams to construct and maintain the transmission and/or distribution electricity network in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner to ensure an uninterrupted supply to customers.
This role is based at our Balcatta Depot, on a permanent Full-Time basis.
Your Role in Action Plan and prioritise work for each day and coordinate a team in the completion of planned and unplanned work.Manage customer and stakeholder expectations through effective communication, providing understanding of job status and translation of technical issues into common language.
Minimise downtime of customers by effective planning and organisation of tasks based on scope of work.Utilise a broad range of trade skills and experience to complete construction, maintenance and fault work to Western Power standards ensuring consistent quality across the network.Be responsible for ensuring that the teams are meeting the required performance each day, in the completion of work.Receive, evaluate, and prepare work parcels for implementation.
Schedule internal/external resources required to perform work.Ensure prompt attendance to faults and isolate the network for repairs to maintain the integrity of the network and minimise customer impact.Execute programmed construction and maintenance work to ensure safe, reliable and affordable operation of the network.Construct network infrastructure according to design specifications and construction standards.
