This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist with the organisation and management of Business Unit related activities, predominantly supporting the Heads of' but also the wider business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and undertaking project work as directed.
What you'll do: Provide accurate and proactive email and diary management, filing management (paper and electronic) and version controlOrganise and coordinate various events including management meetings, functions, workshops and departmental travel arrangementsEnsure accurate creation of Purchase Requisitions and undertake routine payment and reconciliation of incoming invoices and accountsManage the approval process in Lighthouse, HRIS, SAP, Fraedom expenses, CMAM delegations of authorityEnsure communications and relationships with internal and external stakeholders comply with company behaviours and personalityUndertake project work as directedWhat you bring: The ideal candidate for this Team Coordinator position brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Office skills, effective organisational abilities, proven experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), demonstrated integrity especially in relation to confidential matters. Your ability to customise and maintain highly effective office data systems will be crucial in this role.
