Team Coordinator

Working with a technology consulting organisation in Melbourne's CBD, we are looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.
This role would be best suited to someone who has with excellent customer service and is a natural with technologies and picking up new systems with ease. The role is a blend of both phones and administration, supporting an internal team while also being the first port of call for (B2B) customers and any queries they have.
The role: Supporting a Customer Success team Be first point of contact for all customer queries/challenges and assigning them to the customer success team Assisting with any frequently asked questions and escalating anything further to the team Onboard new customers into the system Ad hoc administration Reporting The successful candidate: Will have previously held roles which are administration and customer service mixed roles or held both types of roles in their career Ideally held roles within professional services organisations Have excellent customer service skills and also able to build relationships easily Be keen to learn and grow their career Be technology savvy and able to pick up new systems and processes The organisation: Melbourne CBD location, very close to public transport Flexible working arrangements (2 days working from home) after the probation period Company bonus scheme Salary of $65,000 + superannuation Social events and volunteer leave Full unrestricted working rights required If this role sounds of interest, please apply here today as we will be reviewing applications as they are submitted
