About the Role They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support their Clients & Strategic Partnerships Team.
This role focuses on enhancing client experiences and providing comprehensive administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities Client Support: Prepare meeting documentation (proposals, pitch packs, etc.
), ensure compliance, and enhance client experiences.
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedules, travel, and communication.
Maintain Promapp and SharePoint for document control.
Financial Support: Handle purchase orders, expenses, invoices, and budget monitoring.
Essential Skills and Experience Prior experience in a team coordinator or administrative based role.
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
Understanding of financial processes, invoicing, and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRMs, and other technologies.
Strong problem-solving, customer service skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
