As a Team Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of our team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Day to day, you'll: Provide professional and confidential office management support to the relevant GM's and their business unit.
Coordinate the administration of business unit related financial, HR, payroll, compliance training and management reporting to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
Coordinate the timely preparation and submission of regular papers and presentations coming from the business unit.
Organise and schedule meetings, events and activities.
Arrange staff training, registrations, events, travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
About you It goes without saying you're a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
You're super organised, making sure all tasks are on track and deadlines are met.
Your flexibility and problem-solving skills help you tackle any challenges that come up.
With a positive attitude, you bring the team together, creating a supportive and productive atmosphere.
You successfully manage sensitive and time critical administrative and reporting functions.
You make well informed decisions with minimal supervision.
You have good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
You have excellent oral and written skills with high attention to spelling, grammar and presentation.
