Closing date: 6 October Initially a 6 month contract with the potential to become permanent Minimum Requirements: Previous administrative experience like Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at a senior level in a medium to large complex environment Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) High level of confidentiality and discretion Demonstrate initiative and have a pro-active approach Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Highly developed time management skills, constant attention to detail, including ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and multitask Banking and Finance industry experience is advantageous
Job Responsibilities: Streamline and enhance data management and organisational processes Optimize daily schedules through effective diary management, allowing for focused work periods Prepare and coordinate information for team forums and events, ensuring a productive and engaging environment Lead the execution of the monthly CFO town hall, contributing to effective internal communication Collaborate on the collation of pre-read papers for committees and boards, aiding informed decision-making Arrange and manage travel while coordinating associated activities Foster a positive and inclusive culture across the national team, promoting collaboration and engagement
