One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide variety of advisory, audit, and accounting services.About the RoleIn this position, you will play an integral role in providing day-to-day administration support to the Partner(s) and the wider team, as well as executive support to one or more Partner(s).Key responsibilities include:Administrative support to Partner(s) and the service line:Manage Partner(s) diaries and appointmentsSupport with the preparation of client deliverablesUndertake general office management (mail, incoming phone calls, etc.)Assist with onboarding activities for new startersData entry and document preparation:Perform data entry accurately on behalf of the Partner(s)Prepare correspondence including reports and lettersSupport paperwork for client administration (registrations, lodgements, deeds, etc.)Billing and credit card processing:Complete month end billing processesUndertake corporate card/account reconciliations for the Partner(s)Take responsibility for billing and processing invoicesEvent, meeting and training coordination:Coordinate and book internal & external meetings (including travel arrangements)Coordinate internal service line eventsAssist with the coordination of client/firmeventsAbout YouWe're looking for a true all-rounder, someone who values working as part of a team and is excited to make an impact on the daily operations of our newly established Canberra office.Your skills and experience may include:Experience in a similar role, either as a Team Coordinator or Executive AssistantSolid proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office productsExcellent attention to detail and time managementAbility to multi-task and prioritise own workload to manage competing prioritiesAbility to handle confidential and/or sensitive information with careAbility to work collaboratively with others within a team environment while also working autonomouslyDemonstrate initiative and a 'can-do' attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsInterpersonal skills and the ability to work with others effectivelyProactive and collaborative mindsetDemonstrates a positive attitude and willingly participates in or undertakes special projectsExperience or interest in Project Management/Support is desirableWhy BDO?Working for BDO, you will be part of a growing and market-leading professional services firm.
