Team Coordinator - Enterprise Delivery

About the role and team This is a dynamic and varied role where you'll support the Enterprise Delivery General Manager. You will have responsibilities such as diary management, travel arrangements, lodging invoices and corporate card reconciliation, inbox management and responding on behalf of accordingly. You'll also be responsible for attending meetings and taking minutes, supporting new starter induction, administering and updating documents on Share Point, as well as assisting with putting together team/event agendas or Power Point decks as required – ensuring everything has been taken care of and runs smoothly due to your exceptional organisational skills. No two days will be the same as you seamlessly juggle multiple competing priorities, adapting your communication style for various audiences, and recognising that you are often privy to sensitive and confidential information. This role can be based in one of our main office locations in Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo, Sydney, or Brisbane. Whilst hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today, you'll be required to come into the office a minimum of two days per week. About you To be successful in the role, you'll have: Previous experience in a similar role as a Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or equivalent in a medium to large complex environment General understanding of Project Management (eg. Project Life Cycle, Project documentation standards and methodologies) is desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Demonstrated capabilities in the Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, and Outlook) Proven ability to make decisions, manage multiple competing tasks, and re-prioritise constantly Strong interpersonal skills and confidence dealing with different personality types and stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise Maturity, resilience, and a calm disposition coupled with energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative mindset About Bendigo Bank With over 7,000 employees, we are Australia's most trusted retail bank, our purpose is – 'to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off it'.
