Classification: Academic Level B/C Salary package: $115,739 to $154,462 per annum plus 17% superannuation (pro rata) Terms: Part-time, Continuing (0.5 FTE, 17.5 hours per week) Position overview The School of Medicine and Psychology (SMP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the transition of our Doctor of Medicine and Surgery (MChD) program from a problem-based learning model to a team-based learning (TBL) model, commencing in 2025.
As the TBL Lead, you will work closely with academic, clinical, and professional staff to develop and implement TBL materials, coordinate the design and delivery of teaching and assessment, and contribute to the ongoing review and restructure of the medical program.
This part-time role requires a commitment to evidence-based curriculum design, advancing educational scholarship, and maintaining a strong academic profile.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and a collaborative approach, contributing to the achievement of MChD program outcomes while upholding the highest academic standards.
