This role is critical to the success of our hubs, delivering on the Group's technology community partnership strategy, brand reputation, and talent attraction to position CBA as an employer of choice.The role includes:Supporting and driving the function, operations, and activation of our Technology Hubs.Ensuring we are playing an active part in the local technology community.Coordinating and supporting events such as symposiums, all hands, expos, or event viewing parties.Overseeing and maintaining the facilities capabilities.Coordinating and connecting the local distributed technology teams to build a strong tech culture at the hubs outside Sydney.Maintaining and tracking the seating allocation per office.Focusing on internal culture, connecting local distributed technology teams to build strong cross-collaboration.Developing and implementing processes to amplify our technology stories and support brand reputation.Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to bring our community together.We are interested in hearing from people who possess:Excellent communication skills.Strong organisation skills.Demonstrated ability to apply good judgement and work autonomously.Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-performance team.Demonstrated excellent people and stakeholder management skills with a wide range of stakeholders.Community/strategic partnership experience.Event management experience.Previous experience in large organisations or technology preferred.If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
