An exciting opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Superannuation Division as a Team Assistant.
You will be required to use initiative and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
You will need to be proactive and confident.
A mature approach coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be called upon.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Key responsibilities Document preparations and correspondenceAssisting with compliance collationsTimesheetsComplete team workflow tasksClient record management using various software including BGLATO record management and lodgmentsMonthly invoicingManage and maintain the organisation's databasesWho we're after Outlined below is the overview of the qualifications, skills and personal attributes we're looking for.
This position is best suited for individuals who are currently pursuing or have completed their certification in administration, or those who have a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration.
Previous experience as an assistant responsible for organizing and preparing compliance documents and correspondence is highly desirable.
