About the role Join our dynamic Pharmacy team as a full time Team Assistant, where an exciting opportunity awaits for a proactive and organised individual.
As a confident team player, you'll be utilising your initiative to efficiently manage multiple tasks and providing invaluable support to the Partners and fellow team members.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a mature approach are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities Document preparation, correspondence and mail management Assisting with collations and administrative support with proposals Handling client fees and maintaining client databases Organising workflow and coordinating internal and external events Managing travel arrangements and catering for various events Collaborating with other support staff and offering reception and office support relief when required Completing timesheets and undertaking other ad-hoc tasks/duties for the team.

Relevant skills This role is well suited for candidates pursuing or having completed a certificate in administration or expressing interest in an administration career.
