About the role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide vital support to our client's legal team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient administrative support for a Senior Lawyer and an Associate Lawyer.

In this role, you'll:
Manage and organise appointments, including coordinating medical and legal appointments with sensitivity and accuracy.
Provide administrative support, handling a high volume of emails and managing fully electronic client files.
Draft and review legal documents and reports, ensuring detail and accuracy.
Support communication efforts between lawyers, clients, and external parties.
Prioritise urgent matters and maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
Assist with claims handling processes and address Medicare/Centrelink requirements for cases.
About You
You're an adaptable and reliable professional, comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently.
With a positive can-do attitude, you bring great energy to the team and are eager to learn.

We're looking for someone who has:
A background in legal support or clerical roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage appointments with accuracy.
Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment and supporting others effectively.
