Are you an organised and proactive professional with experience in administrative support? We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our corporate team and play a key role in providing essential administrative support across a range of tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities: Diary Management & Meetings: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organise meetings. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel for team members. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports, including photocopying, scanning, and binding. Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate client and team events. Expense Management: Assist with expense reconciliation and reporting. Project Onboarding: Support onboarding processes, including conflict checks, sanctions screening, KYC requirements, and risk management controls. Supplier Onboarding: Manage supplier onboarding processes, including sanctions screening and contract management. Trading Activity Monitoring: Reconcile daily trading activity, maintain account records, and support with queries. General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role within a corporate environment. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational abilities. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing demands. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the initiative to solve problems. A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information. Personal Qualities: Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. A team player with flexibility to adapt to team needs. Enthusiastic, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Professionalism when interacting with diverse groups of people. Trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
