Our client is a leading global investment management firm with operations across the globe and offices in more than 15 locations worldwide. They have been operating for decades and have become a recognisable brand.
As the business has grown in Sydney, they are looking to bring onboard a Team Assistant to provide support to one of their core teams. Your day to day will be diverse and entail diary management, international travel coordination, setting up meetings and working with different timezones, organising events in tandem with the Office Support team and other tasks.
We are looking for someone motivated, has excellent communication and relationship-building skills and takes pride in their presentation.
Please note this role is 5 days a week in the office. Duties & Responsibilities: Calendar management - ensuring local and global calendars are consistentCoordinating and scheduling client meetingsTravel coordination - predominantly international. Booking flights, tickets, hotels etc.Material preparation for meetings, such as agenda preparation and circulationPreparing and formatting Powerpoint presentations, templates and word documentsExpense management via ConcurDatabase managementInvoicing and budget trackingOrganising events in tandem with Office Support staffSkills & Experience required: At least 3+ years of experience as Team Assistant/Office Administrator/PAExperience in professional or financial services ideal but not requiredExperience with calendar management and travel coordinationStrong skillset in MS Suite - PowerPoint, Word and ExcelExcellent communication skills, verbal and writtenAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
