Our client, a leading commercial department, is seeking a dedicated Team Assistant to support their HR and Business Operations team.
Full time permanent position based in Perth CBD. Competitive remuneration of $80,000 plus superannuation with an enticing bonus structure. Excellent company culture and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Project Onboarding: Conduct conflict checks, sanctions screening, client requirements, and risk management controls. Supplier Onboarding: Manage sanctions screening and contract management. Staff Trading Activity Monitoring: Reconcile daily activities, maintain account records, and update company's Restricted Securities List. Training Calendar Maintenance: Ensure training schedules are up to date. Diary Management & Meeting Arrangements: Organise schedules and appointments. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel. Document Preparation: Assist with formatting, photocopying, scanning, and binding documents and presentations. Event Coordination: Help organise client and team events. Compliance Committee Support: Provide assistance as needed. General Administrative Duties: Handle other related tasks as appropriate. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills. Multitasking: Ability to prioritise and work with multiple stakeholders. Time Management: Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines. Autonomy & Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to find solutions. Integrity: Handle confidential information with discretion.
