About the Role
Lendlease is searching for a Team Assistant to join our Melton Hospital Team, based in the Melton Design office, in the CBD. As Team Assistant you will directly support the Project Director and wider project team across various tasks. You will proactively gain an understanding of the team's priorities and commitments in order to manage diaries, organise and coordinate meetings, book travel, process invoices and expenses, and manage other general team-based administration. The role will involve the production and distribution of correspondence as well as assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and team events. You will be interfacing with the client, government, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
To be successful you will need: Experienced Team/Personal/Executive Assistant with a good attention to detail that is able to work comfortably within a busy team environment.The ideal candidate will understand the imperative of high discretion and confidentiality and will be able to provide guidance to other support resources within the business unit.Strong computer literacy.Autonomous, organised individual, with the ability to take initiative, and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.Flexible approach and ability to prioritise.About Lendlease With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
