About Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with this reputable property developer who has a strong pipeline of assets across Victoria.
About the role As the 'go to person' within the office, you will cover all areas of administrative support to the Executives as well as the broader team.
No two days will be the same, with scope to cover:
Ensure all stock levels (food, beverage and stationary) are maintained Assist with general reception support, including meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office General team administrative support on daily tasks and projects Event coordination assistance About you
To thrive in this role you will need to have:
Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the property sector. Excellent coordination and time management skills. A bubbly and engaging personality with a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. What's in it for you?
