Our client, one of Brisbane's fastest-growing accounting firms, is looking for a motivated and reliable Client Service Administrator to join their Business Services team on a full-time basis.
About the Role: Provide support to leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division.Collate Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and other client correspondence.Prepare client invoices and manage documents for month-end.Handle corporate compliance, including ASIC form lodgements and company statements.Contribute to the efficiency of the administration team. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of office administration experience (accounting firm experience highly preferred).Strong communication skills with a professional approach to clients and colleagues.Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms.
