Team Assistant

Team Assistant – Brisbane Our client, one of Brisbane's fastest-growing accounting firms, is looking for a motivated and reliable Client Service Administrator to join their Business Services team on a full-time basis.
About the Role: Provide support to leaders and staff in the Business Advisory and Tax division.
Collate Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, and other client correspondence.
Prepare client invoices and manage documents for month-end.
Handle corporate compliance, including ASIC form lodgements and company statements.
Contribute to the efficiency of the administration team.
What You'll Bring: 2+ years of office administration experience (accounting firm experience highly preferred).
Strong communication skills with a professional approach to clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new platforms.
