Job Role: Team Assistant
Location: Milton, Brisbane
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Some flexibility offered with this)
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Super *(Depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
You will be acting as the face of the office based at front of house reception area welcoming guests to the office, organising catering for clients and inhouse staff events. This role is a varied position where you will be supporting the wider office with general day to day responsibilities to ensure smooth running of operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming guests and clients into the office – offering refreshments General day to day administration support for the office and team members Setting up meeting rooms and preparing for client eventsOrganising catering for clients and inhouse staff eventsUndertake word processing and documentation for final presentationAnswering incoming calls and taking concise messages where necessary Facilitate flight and travel bookings through an external agentManaging office supplies including stationery and kitchen suppliesDiary management to coordinate meetingsEnsuring the office is presentable and welcoming at all times Inbox management and handling any queries.Assisting with coordination of staff rosters as well as review calendars with regular communication to all staff. Helping with setting up the desk and computer for new staff and liaising with our external IT company for any IT issuesAd hoc administration and office duties. Requirements: Proven experience ideally within processional services in a similar role such as Reception, Office Assistant or Team Administrator. Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, PowerPoint as well as Outlook and MS Teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
