Job Description With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Ballarat, Colliers is looking for another star to be trained in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team based in our Ballarat office.
This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across Ballarat.
What you can expect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Assisting in the sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
Qualifications A little about you!
You don't need to have Real Estate experience, we are looking for the right individual!
You ideally currently in a commercial or B2B role and may be looking for further opportunities in a new industry You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute.
You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow.
Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agent.
