The Team Assistant, Governance reports directly to the Director of Security and holds the day-to-day responsibility of providing administrative support and assisting Asset Protection to capture & record necessary actions and accountability.
A few of your responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support inclusive of typing, diary management, email management and filing.Accurately record Asset Protection meeting minutes including detailed discussion, outcomes and actions, leading to exclusion/ WOL processing, actions capture, accountability and disbursement to stakeholdersCoordinate and facilitate meetings and activities, arranging catering, arranging video conference & teleconference equipment.Complete and submit expense claims, process invoices and raise and track purchase requisitions.Organise and distribute required material, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action items, in preparation for meetings, as required.Generate scheduled reports out of various incident, casino management and people management systemsWhat are we looking for: Experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity platform, including advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive and PlannerExperience taking meeting minutes with a high level of accuracyDemonstrated written and communication skillsDemonstrated reporting and administration skillsAbout you: You will need to demonstrate hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment using multiple systems. Effective communication and written skills will be vital for this position.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Asset Protection operations at The Star Sydney.
