What this job involves Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant & Finance Coordinator to support our Property & Asset Management NSW Executive team, as well as our team at Aurora Place. The role is split 50/50 and focuses on administration, finance, and support to the teams.
A snapshot of the role:
General administrative support to the executive team including calendar management, travel coordination, reimbursements, and expenses.Coordinate and format business development proposals and other documents.Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.Assist with the organization of events, client functions, and conferences.Assist the Finance Manager and wider team in tracking spend from invoices and reviewing and distributing spreadsheet data on spend and purchase order listings. You will be a confident self-starter with organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to adapt and problem-solve. Prior experience in administration in a corporate environment is highly desirable, along with an understanding of financial processes.
Have a sound knowledge of office procedures and an attitude to take on responsibilities, work autonomously as required as well as within a team.Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines.Strong attention to detail.
