ATLAS Recruitment are seeking a Team Assistant to join an established national builder. Supporting the MD & the wider team across the business function, all areas from Office Management to supporting the owners of the business.
About the Role: Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Managing email correspondence and responding on behalf of the Partner. Proactive diary management, scheduling appointments, planning, amending itineraries and prioritising plans as required. Arranging travel, including flights, transport and accommodations. Answering, screening and directing telephone calls. Prepare and edit presentations and other documents. Coordinate meetings and events to include company functions, private events, conferences, and catering. Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organise, and help set agendas and action points for all his meetings. Social Media, Project handling. Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years' experience either as a Team Assistant / OR Executive Assistant. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Organised, multi-tasking and attention to detail. A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
