About the roleAn opportunity exists for a confident and organised team player to join our Private Business and Family Advisory (PBFA) division as a Team Assistant working closely with our Corporate Secretarial team.
You will be required to use initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently and to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
A proactive and confident approach, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is essential.
This can be either a part-time or full-time permanent role.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the Private Business and Family Advisory division with corporate secretarial tasksDocument preparations and correspondenceTimesheetsCreating new corporate entities in the corporate database and practice management systemMaintaining the corporate databaseEnsuring all ASIC reporting deadlines are met, including liaising with colleagues and clientsSupporting the Corporate Secretarial Team as required, including but not limited to ASIC mail and lodgementsAll other tasks as required from time to timeWho we're afterThis position is best suited for individuals currently pursuing or who have completed their certification in administration, or those with a keen interest in pursuing a career in administration.
This role would suit a candidate with corporate secretarial experience or previous experience as an assistant responsible for organising and preparing compliance documents and correspondence.To be successful in this role, your qualities, skills, knowledge, and tasks will include:Ability and confidence to interact with staff at all levels, including PartnersDemonstrated honesty and integrity when managing client informationTeam-oriented with an ability to foster effective working relationships within the teamExceptional organisational abilities evidenced through managing high volume workflowCommitment to efficient administration/process improvementMonitor email queues and assign to team membersAssistance with client communication management and serviceTechnical skills/experience desired but not compulsory include:Microsoft OfficePrevious experience in CAS360 and ACIS is an advantageWhat we offerAt Pitcher Partners, we believe success is better shared.
