About the role
Based in our Brisbane CBD office, we are looking for a junior Executive Assistant, who is ready to expand on their knowledge and take on new challenges.
In this full-time position, you will play a key role in liaising with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the delivery of exemplary administration support.
With so much variety, no two days will be the same!
Tasks and responsibilities General administration support: phone calls, emails, liaising with third partiesManaging and organising the CEO calendarPreparing PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external usageAttending meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas and sending out calendar invitesAssisting with networking events and travel bookingsProviding exceptional client service to both internal and external clienteleAbout you
