Job Description The core mission of this role is to deliver high-quality service and provide efficient and effective administrative support to Senior Executives. Key responsibilities include:
Managing diaries and emailsCoordinating travel for DirectorsPreparing expense claims and monthly credit card reconciliationsOverseeing the production of all fee proposals and ensuring tender submissions meet deadlinesMonitoring tender alerts for business opportunitiesMaintaining marketing materialsSupporting team meetings and eventsManaging monthly invoicingHandling other ad-hoc duties as requiredThe Successful Applicant Extensive experience in senior administration, supporting Executives and teamsExceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlinesProficiency in preparing high-quality reports and presentations in Word and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreadingProficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with the ability to learn new systems quicklyWhat's on Offer Vibrant culture with regular team activities and a diverse environment.Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.Free breakfast and fresh fruit provided.Access to a coffee machine on-site.Convenient location near public transport links.
