Team Administrator Latitude Financial ServicesSydney, AustraliaThe Team Administrator

is responsible for providing support to the Broker Sales Leadership Team with analytical, research & procedural support. The role will play an important part in keeping our Aggregator partners and Brokers connected to Latitude by assisting with broker commissions, marketing resources, data research and analysis. You must be self-motivated; at times, this will be a self-contributor role.Key Responsibilities:

Analytical, research & procedural support for the Broker Leadership Team Monthly broker commissions and related enquiries Marketing Resources - create, update and review all resources, including obtaining relevant approvals and maintaining version control Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant insights to inform strategy and growth opportunities Regular checking of Aggregator platforms to ensure all information on their systems is correct and update accordingly. Other duties as directed

Essential Qualifications: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills Attention to detail and analytical skills to prepare excellent verbal and written responses Exceptional time management, sales and support skills Strong technical capabilities with the ability to identify patterns, correlations, and trends to drive business insights Ability to work autonomously

Desirable Qualifications: Proven experience in managing workflows and tasks that possess multiple touchpoints. Sound judgment/Problem-solving skills Strong personal resilience Previous experience in Salesforce
