As our next Carbonite, you'll be joining a team at multiple levels. You'll be part of a team in your office, working with other talented people such as yourself. You'll also be joining our national ranks, meaning you can easily tap into a knowledge base for a tricky question or to bounce ideas off of for the next team activity.

Job DescriptionAbout the role. We're on the search for a Team Administrator to join our SMSF team who can focus on delivering outstanding client service, timely completion of work, and efficiency in operations. The role works with our national SMSF team and will be coordinating jobs to the team.
Your daily activities will include (but aren't limited to): Coordinate the tax return lodgment program, including internal reporting and submission of tax returns to the ATO.Prepare and establish new client jobs for annual compliance tasks.Compile client tax packages, including financial statements and tax returns.Follow up with managers regarding outstanding information or payments.Assist with billing and invoicing processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.Provide administrative support to the tax team.You'll be perfect for the role if: You love a bit of team banter and activities.You want to be part of the coolest firm in Australia.You're keen to join a company that encourages you to define your own career path.Desired Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for someone with: A background or past experience in a similar role in the accounting/financial sector would be highly regarded along with the skills and expertise below.Positive and proactive mindset.Strong communication abilities, both oral and written.Capacity to manage workflow priorities and perform effectively under pressure.Able to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within the Administration Team.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships internally and externally.Maintain strict confidentiality and meticulous attention to detail.Ready to apply?
