Working with a fast paced Recruitment Consultancy in the Sydney CBD, Search4 are looking to add to our Operations team.
You'll work with a team of professional Recruiters, handling client and candidate interactions and providing administrative support on a day-to-day basis.
We're a collective group of three agencies committed to doing the right thing by our candidates, clients, colleagues, and community.
As leading experts in the Recruitment industry, we specialise in construction, engineering, property, government, and I.T sectors across Australia.
You will need to be self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude.
Duties: Manage a volume of telephone calls  Maintain tidiness and day-to-day office management Meeting and greeting clients Updating our internal database Onboarding and off boarding staff Ordering office supplies Preparing company Terms of Business Updating office spreadsheets and figures weekly Managing contracts and compliance for candidates Working cohesively to support our wider Operations team    Skills Required: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential  The ability to multitask, prioritise and show initiative  Intermediate Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas, filter function, highlighting/merging, and formatting of cells) Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines    If you meet the desired qualifications and are eager to advance your administrative career within a supportive team atmosphere, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
