About the role We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Litigation Funding Team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Sydney CBD office.
We are also open to candidates based in Melbourne.
This role will suit candidates looking to make their mark within the Firm whilst helping everyday Australians.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate arrangements to support Principal and broader CFA team Provide high level, confidential administrative assistance Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and contacts to coordinate appointments, manage diaries and assist with planning of general work and projects Provide accurate updates and information to support Principal and team members within a timely manner Manage the administration of all funded client files throughout their life cycle Support Principal and team members with invoicing and payments Assist with production of funded client correspondence and preparation of other documents as requested Arrange and manage diaries, appointments and meetings Undertake projects to improve and innovate on litigation funding processes and procedures, working closely and under direction from Principal Any other generalist administrative tasks as requested The experience we are looking for You work as part of a team, collaborating to get the right outcomes for our clients with a strong client service focus.
You are a natural problem solver with high attention to detail and will take the initiative to proactively seek solutions/advice from the team where needed.
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary is essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in a fast-paced environment with tenacity to solve problems and meet deadlines Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, empathy and confidentiality Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure The MB Team are on end-of-year break from 23 December 2024, which may cause a delay in your application being progressed.
