As a Team Administrator you'll be a vital part of the large Energy & Industrial team, transforming how we deliver experiences to our staff and clients, and providing a vital touchpoint of information for the group. You will be supporting the leading edge of renewable energy project delivery, growing your skills along the way.
Your Role Will Include Expense claims and admin support for our leadership teamTravel and training bookingPlanning and delivery of client and team meetings, and social eventsOnboarding of new staff and running staff recognition incentivesCoordination and maintenance of worker & business records into various online platformsChampioning our hybrid way of working and company policies/proceduresSupporting the team with ad hoc information and procurement requestsUsing MS Office and our templates to format reports, spreadsheets and presentations.What are we looking for from you?
We're looking for someone who is eager to move forward in their career and grow professionally. You'll have the team's Executive Assistant to learn from, as well as a friendly and supportive network to tap into. You only need to decide how far you want to go.
Although it's preferred that you have experience in our industry, as a minimum we are looking for:
A Diploma of Business Administration or Certificate IV in Business Administration (desirable) and some relevant experience in an office environment -OR- at least 3 years of relevant work experience in team- or customer-facing roles such as office administration, reception, hotel concierge, banking or similar.Willing to work from our North Sydney office for a minimum of 3 days per week and have flexibility to match our busiest office days.Knowledge of how business documents are generally structured, and how to apply and use Word templates and styles.Confidence in your abilities and a positive "can do" attitude to work through ambiguity.Interested in people, a helpful nature, and able to build rapport.Good attention to detail, able to follow procedures and processes, and can see when something's not working well or could be done better (and figure out how to improve things!)Happy to work independently on own tasks with limited guidance, and able to collaborate with others as well.Ready to bring ideas to life?
