About the Role Due to growth, we are now seeking to engage a Team Administrator to join our high performing team.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working as part of an administration team with a focus on supporting our Entrée Early Years division.
Duties Answering all incoming calls and directing calls Meeting and greeting candidates Updating and maintaining the CRM and SharePoint site Assisting with client job briefs Inputting shifts requests into our database Scheduling educators and cooks for shifts Update clients on status of their booking requests Liaising with candidates and clients on behalf of the consultants Preparing documentation for meetings Ad hoc work in relation to marketing and events Skills & Experience Previous administration experience Intermediate MS Office Suite skills Fast paced and reactive to immediate tasks Positive outlook and calm under pressure Organised and self-motivated High attention to detail Interest in Recruitment or HR (study in Human Resources preferable) Culture & Benefits 4 x Recharge days per year, 2 x community leave days, wellness program, regular networking and team events Experienced, dedicated and loyal team with high retention rate Opportunities for professional advancement City location, laptop, attractive salary package and rewards and recognition Workplace flexibility Car parking (based on availability) How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application including cover letter and CV in one document in Microsoft Word only.
