Pacific Anaesthesia is a medical administration group servicing specialist anaesthetists Australia-wide.
We are looking for a proactive person with a positive attitude, focus on teamwork, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. Bookkeeping skills will be highly regarded. You will have demonstrated computer competencies in office applications, calendar and database management, communications technology and display a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities Executive support for anaesthetists Foster customer relations - doctors, surgical rooms, hospitals and patients Quote and accounts processing and reconciliation Essential Criteria Medical administration and/or billing experience Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Fast and accurate data entry Proven trusted point of contact, ensuring discretion and confidentiality Ability to work autonomously within a team Basic bookkeeping skills including familiarity with Xero or Quickbooks an advantage What We Can Offer You Pacific Anaesthesia is a community of medical professionals and support staff working together to improve the peri-operative experience for patients.
