We have been a leader in our industry for over 55 years and we are now looking for a Team Administrator to join our well-established West Australian team based in West Perth. Schiavello provides top-end designer workplace furniture and fit-out solutions to leading global brands.
About you: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow by being a key supporting member of our talented team. A seamless client experience is a team effort; our Team Administrators help ensure everything is prepared, aligned, and administrated correctly for our tenders and closed deals.
About the role: As part of an existing, well-established team, under the guidance of a highly experienced State Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the WA team by:
Effectively providing administrative assistance and support to the sales team to ensure the timely completion of high-quality project submissions and tenders;Preparation and submission of tenders, expressions of interest, and other client communication as required;Retaining and growing current relationships with clients and identifying prospective opportunities;Working with operational and sales teams to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met with a high level of customer service;Maintaining administrative support systems, processes, and sales resources as appropriate.To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience within a customer-related role is highly desirable;Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task and a strong attention to detail;Intermediate digital literacy across Adobe, MS Office & other digital platforms;Completion of Year 12 secondary education as a minimum;A positive and can-do attitude.Please address the points listed above in your cover letter and submit your application with your resume via the 'Apply Now' button.
