ResponsibilitiesInvoicing including calculating pricing (Data Entry)Calculating and creating added value costsProcessing Payroll including following through on staff requests for information or e.g., child support payment requestsPurchasing and Procurement of GoodsCreating Purchase OrdersReconciling vendor statements EOM and following through on invoices and chasing deliveriesScrap Metal ReconciliationRaw material delivery reconciliationStock Inventory ReconciliationLiaising with customers regarding general enquiries, pricing, availability, ETAs, etc.Managing email/phone enquiriesGeneral AdminManaging day-to-day site requirements: Organising outside services e.g., garbage collection, service techniciansOrganising staff/visitor functionsSkilled in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, OutlookMust be prepared to cover holiday and sicknessRequirements4 days a week (30.4 hrs)Experience in an administrative roleSound organisational and time management skillsStrong communication skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office productsAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality workBenefitsProfessional but relaxed company cultureMonday to Friday work onlyGenerous parental leave policyEmployee Assistance ProgrammeIf the above sounds like you, please submit your details through the application form and we'll be in touch ASAP.
