About us We are a locally owned company with over 25 years industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.

Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities!

About the opportunity We're on the lookout for a talented Administrator to join our Project Support Group (PSG) Team. This is an integral role that ensures our teams on the ground are supported and that we can continue to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Based in our Regents Park office, some of your day-to-day duties will include:

Managing the PSG mailbox Providing centralised support with procurement and general administration tasks to remote Project teams as required. Assisting the broader Project Administration team with administration tasks (i.e. creating purchase orders, tracking and processing daily worksheets and delivery dockets, entering timesheets, reconciliation of invoices) Assisting with set up requirements for new Project offices Assisting with updating of Project Registers Document Control What you'll bring to the team You will be a highly organised and proactive Administrator with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will ideally have experience in an Administration role within the Construction industry or have a keen interest to develop in this space.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop, manage and maintain great relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
