You'll feel right at home with the young, energetic team and will enjoy the supportive, social and team focused culture, where you'll have lots of scope to learn and further develop your skills.The RoleThis is a permanent position working full time in the office for the initial 3 months but with a view to 3 days in the office, 2 from home, thereafter. With corporate administration experience, you will support the busy Business Advisory Team which includes several Partners and a Principle. Typical daily duties will include:ResponsibilitiesArranging meetings, reviewing calendars, organising meeting agendasCoordinating travel and accommodation for the teamPreparation of correspondence, reports and proposal documentsDatabase managementManaging team expenses, timesheets and invoicesLiaison with clients and vendorsATO calls and arranging paymentsClient onboarding and gathering associated compliance documentsWIP managementPrepare and help manage BD and client engagement listsExperienceWe are looking for someone with similar experience in a Team Administration or similar role, from a corporate environment. You'll be liaising with clients and senior members of the firm, so a confident and polished communication style is essential, along with strong skills in MS Office.
